As winter embraces us, we embrace it in return through this deep descent into our bodies and inner reservoirs for physical, mental and emotional warmth, health and hydration — dance.
One of my personal virtues to stay in the nourished flow of life is creating space for my body to express desire, sensuality, curiosity and sexuality internally.
Some days we process life, grief, confusion, stress, exhaustion, transitions, play, pleasure, anticipation and excitement through a liberated mind and well explored body.
If you’re in the mood to feel an inner precision, playfulness and grace through some of our most under-expressed sides of our feminine personality, then I’m inviting you into this course.
I’m here to support you to cultivate a fulfilment of your natural desires, the deep feminine urge for intimacy that is inherently designed to be indulged in your own body by your own body.
If you’ve been feeling stiff, sticky, irritated, bored, lonely, stagnant, sexy, confident, creative, this is all for you. Because mood lighting, safe spaces, good music, beautiful sisters, vulnerability, play and personal intimacy will always serve a woman in any phase of her full spectrum.
This experience is for you if you’re in the mood to feel beautiful, fun, free and not only have the opportunity to be in your body but also learn dynamic floorwork dance techniques. Hair flicks, spinal waves, undulations, whines, and grinds. This is for you if you want to deepen the feeling by expanding your movements.
Experience a type of magnetic attraction that’s developed from creating time for yourself and establishing personal practices that prioritise your smooth full bodied expression.

WHAT’S INVOLVED?
✓ Weekly Meditations and Grounding Circles throughout our Course are how we arrive on time, regulate to the same rhythm and get to connect with our sisters, please don’t be late for it, you don’t want to miss it.
✓ Each week we’ll move through a Signature Warm Up Sequence to intelligently awaken our bodies.
✓ We’ll flow into learning unique Foorwork, Sensual and even Liquid Fusion Dance Movements with Anatomy Techniques that progressively develop into smooth linking Dance Patterns and Sequences.
✓ This gives us access to Choreography Development and Musicality Practice with one dominant song that we’ll be devoting the Course and our Dance to.
✓ You’ll have access to ongoing support between classes in a WhatsApp Group Chat where we’ll also be uploading video recordings of our choreography so you can practice at home.
✓ Throughout the second half of the Course you might start to feel confident to try filming your own dance practice, so feel free to bring a tripod or a selfie stick to get the shot.
✓ We’ll also be moving into sister work by performing for each other and the Final Class offers us the opportunity to get dressed up, dressed down, or dress the same as usual, and invite a friend or maybe even your partner to come watch your dance. This is completely optional and will be decided by the group.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THE COURSE
— Warm layers will be ideal for our weekly Connection Circles at the beginning of class. The studio is designed with a lot of concrete so don’t underestimate bringing these layers that you can remove when we start our Warm Ups and Dance Practice.
— Thick leggings or pants like thermals, track pants, sweat pants and socks will be the best as we’ll be sliding and rolling around on the floor.
— You can wear any type of top, you may like to wear long sleeve for when you are in contact with the floor but this is less necessary and really up to personal preference.
— Knee pads are essential for your comfort and ability to explore this dance style well, please don’t forget or delay acquiring your knee pads! You can search online for dance or pole knee pads.
— Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

It’s been a beautiful journey over the last 4 Years Teaching Embodied Sensual Floorwork Dance.
After a 9 month break from teaching In-Person Classes, I’m so pleased to be returning to the Northern Beaches of Sydney for the Winter and offering one of my only In-Person Courses of 2025.

This course is designed for beginners, whilst a little body awareness will help, the purpose of this course is to offer accessible movements for anyone to develop and experience sensory dance that can lead to feelings of grace and confidence.

We trust that our style of choreography will be interesting for experienced dancers and that you’ll find the sequencing very fluid and pleasing, as well you’ll have full access to further insights on body anatomy to articulate refined movements, which we always offer if we feel students are available to understand.

Please dress however you feel expressive, confident and also comfortable for movement, however I recommend thick pants and socks to make sure you can slide on the floor easily. Knee pads are essential for this dance style. Some warm layers will be ideal for the beginning of class.

This is a somewhat dynamic style, however the technique is learnt and executed slowly, anatomically and mindfully. We explore floorwork from: seated, kneeling, rolling around, manoeuvring our body with weight over our wrists, circulating our hips, articulating the spinal column, head rolls, and maybe even rolling our body over our shoulders, with all that in mind, please feel welcome to attend if you are comfortable that you can communicate and manage your injuries.

This is a limited capacity and limited occurrence offering, and therefore is non-refundable, cancellations can receive a credit to redeem within six months of the event date. Spaces are transferable if you email the details of the transferring Full Name, WhatsApp Number and Email Address. Any dates throughout the course offering that are “no-shows” where you do not show up to class are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
