One of my personal virtues to stay in the nourished flow of life is creating space for my body to express desire, sensuality, and intimacy internally.
Some days we process life’s heartaches, stress, grief, confusion, exhaustion, tensions, transitions, play, pleasure, anticipation and excitement through the liberation of the body.
If you’re yearning to feel an inner sensuality through the under-expressed sides of your feminine personality, then I’m inviting you into this course.
I’m here for you to cultivate a fulfilment of your natural desires, the deep feminine urge for emotionality, mood, sensations and intimacy that is inherently designed to be indulged in your own body by your own body.
This is an experience for embodying aspects of your feminine expression through dance, music, space and your bodies desires.
Experience enhanced flow, fun, freedom, pleasure, sensuality, magnetism, confidence, and vitality; and let it drip and pour into your weeks as we transition from Summer into Autumn together.
WHAT’S INVOLVED?
✓ Weekly Grounding Circles throughout our Course are how we arrive on time, regulate to the same rhythm and get to connect with our sisters, please don’t be late for it, you don’t want to miss it.
✓ Each week we’ll move through a Signature Warm Up Sequence to intelligently awaken our bodies.
✓ We’ll flow into learning unique sensual dance movements with anatomy techniques that progressively develop into smooth linking Dance Patterns and Sequences.
✓ This gives us access to Choreography Development and Musicality Practice with one dominant song that we’ll be focusing the Course and our Dance to.
✓ You’ll have access to ongoing support between classes in a WhatsApp Group Chat where we’ll also be uploading video recordings of our choreography so you can practice at home.
✓ Throughout the Course you might start to feel confident to try filming your own dance practice, so feel free to bring a tripod to get the shot.
✓ The Final Class offers us the opportunity to get dressed up, dressed down, or dress the same as usual, and perform the dance for each other.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THE COURSE
— You can wear anything you want! All is welcome, from baggy pants to booty shorts to a little tight dress.
— If you are experienced and have dance heels, you’re welcome to wear them, this choreography is equally suitable but not necassary.
— Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

This course is designed for beginners, whilst a little body awareness will help, the purpose of this course is to offer accessible movements for anyone to develop and experience sensory dance that can lead to feelings of grace and confidence.

I trust that my style of choreography will be interesting for experienced dancers and that you’ll find the sequencing fluid and pleasing, as well you’ll have full access to further insights on body anatomy to articulate refined movements, which I always offer if I feel students are available to understand.

Please dress however you feel expressive, confident and also comfortable for movement! You can wear anything from baggy pants to booty shorts or even a little tight dress.
If you are experienced and have dance heels, you’re welcome to wear them, but heels are completely optional and not necessary.

This is a somewhat dynamic style, however the technique is learnt and executed slowly, anatomically and mindfully.
We explore movements such as: hip circles, spinal waves, chest rotations, head and neck rolls.
So with all that in mind, please feel welcome to attend if you are comfortable that you can communicate and manage your injuries. -
This is a limited capacity and limited occurrence offering, and therefore is non-refundable, cancellations can receive a credit to redeem within six months of the event date. Spaces are transferable if you email the details of the transferring Full Name, WhatsApp Number and Email Address. Any dates throughout the course offering that are “no-shows” where you do not show up to class are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
